The PROTOTYPE Project aims to help the automotive workforce to adapt their competences and qualifications to the new job profiles and requirements of the companies. 

It aims to increase the proactivity of workers and, at the same time, enable them to work independently and continuously on their professional development. To this end, a dynamically adapted and goal-oriented further training offer is provided, which guarantees continuous and autonomous learning.
