This tool will be used to promote the development of the framework of skills and attitudes that are useful for role transitions. Learning outcomes are embedded in a narrative that contains multiple tasks. There will be a learning assessment system. Workers will also be part of learning teams. Some of the learning tasks will also be carried out in a work-based learning environment led by company mentors. A European Skills Challenge will be designed and launched.
